  1. What was your best moment in the weekend?
  2. What were your 3 top most important insights about yourself?

What was your best moment in the weekend?
Claiming my spot during the last session and crossing the water.

What were your 3 top most important insights about yourself?
I’m always looking for the tough challenge, wich i did expect for this weekend aswell… the progress i made was within the core not on the outside.
I can rely on my intuition when i have to make a decision rather then make it only rational.
There is much more to me and i feel liberated when i let go of the fear of what others might think about me.

3 actions that you will take in the coming week to implement those insights in your private life and in your business

Best moment: the whole weekend: the conversations, the friendship, waking up under the trees, the processes, the walks, the climbing.
My insights
Working with a group is magic: everything is possible!
When the energy of twenty people comes together in balance, everybody flows
Learning and growing doesn’t have to be painful.
Do:
Get a team
Get more visible, be there, when it is important I will use my voice louder
Make appointments for more weekends like this with a group: together, teamwork, learn, move, nature, love it!

My best moment was the Arrow breaking on sunday.
Quitting fear is always breathtaking because I realize that always gazing to the past and my limitations doesn’t help to change my present into a life changing future.

My 3 top most important insights were:
1- I discovered that the physical part had become comfortable.
I’m getting used to chalenges.
My biggest growth took place on a personal level.
2- I discovered that I like to coach people (climbing rocks) to help them overcome their fears. I mean I like to help people getting better results than they were used to untill that moment.
3- I threw away my worn shoes who were a metaphor for my old comfortzone, my limiting believes and fears.
I thanked them because they had carried me for so many years, but said goodbye to them because they were not able anymore to support me any further.

My 3 actions based on my insights:
1- Brake down my 1 year goals into weekly and dayly goals to make them doable.
2- Stop my procrastination behavior and carry out 3 goals per day.
3- Join a BNI business network and participate their weekly meetings. Grow my business by giving forward.

Best moment in the weekend:
So many moments were beautiful and amazing. My most intense moment was breaking the arrow of fear.

4 most important insights:
– telling the truth about my incapabilities and pain doesn’t make me weak. Not telling the truth means I do not trust the people around me and I am selling myself and them short.
– Even if I can’t do something, I am still part of the group. Thank you so much for making me realize that.
– Not wanting to live anymore with this tremendous pain is one thing. Standing with an arrow on my throat changes perspective tremendously. I DO WANT TO LIVE!!!!! And I can break with fear 🙂
– I am loved 🙂 even the mirror knows that 😉

3 actions:
1. when I am fearful I breath in and out (only difference between fear and excitement is your breath), then I check if my life is in danger (thank you Marleen). It works: going to the implantoloog went a lot better than ever before 🙂
2. I will speak the truth about me and how I feel. Even when I am in pain. (It’s hard, but yesterday I didn’t really hide my back problem. And the party was great :), I didn’t spoil it, and I could relax more)
3. It is okay that I do not know yet what I want to do. I take the coming three months to figure out what I really want. Heel Fit/ T.A.N.G.O. 4 health/ D-sire/ or none of the above.

My best moments of the nothing is impossible weekend:
1. To experience the friendship, intimacy and safety during the
conversation arround the campfire
2. Breaking my arrow! Symbolizing that form now on I am
visible, showing my personal power.

Top 3 most important insights:
– I can strectch myself much further than I was thinking.
– Open up about my background shows me that the team
appreciated me for that. ( my old beliefs told me: that’s a
symbol of complaining, patheticism. )
– The amazing power of a warm and loving team; fear only is
functional when my safety is in danger. ( thank you Marleen!)
In all other cases it is destructive for my thoughgts and it
kills taking action.

3 actions I take from now on:
– I just do it! Make myself visible in a group.
– Pick-up my “start the day rituals” and at least once a week
steping out of my comfortzone.
– Once a week I’ll practice in putting my heart into my
storytelling

Looking forward to our next weekend in May.

Mariska de Wild-Scholten

What was your best moment in the weekend?
– My best moment was the whole group: everybody striving to get the most out of it. There where no limiting situations therefore and we all supported each other.

What were your 3 top most important insights about yourself?
This is a bit difficult: for me an insight is something it see that I did not see before. To be honest, this weekend was conforming my previous insights. No real new insights for me this time.

For me personaly this was not an challenging weekend expanding my comfort zone.

3 actions that you will take in the coming week to implement those insights in your private life and in your business.
– I’m at the right track, and will continue my current path

Although on a learning level, this was not a really fullfilling weekend, I did really enjoy us as a group!

Looking forward to the next one!

Love,

Johnmar

3 insights:
You get more and better results as a group than as an individual.
Always think about alternatives. There is no one way to heaven.

3 actions:
Always think about alternatives and scenario’s.
I can always improve myself and my businessmodel.

Best Moment
The process before the arrow-breaking. I felt a strong supporting belief in the feedback form the group (meer – minder-houden zo) and my experience from a couple of weeks ago.

Insights:
• I liked the outdoor activities and the challenges. I enjoyed my personal experience and that of the team. Supporting the team members, enjoying the nature and nice views. Facing and overcoming my fear of heights (happens once in a while).
• In this team(group) I really felt relaxed, participation was an automatic/natural process. It is ok as it is and what we achieved was fantastic. Good conversations, in depth talks, new friendships, very private information.
• Being vulnerable and speaking about emotional feelings helps me to grow .

Actions:
• Be more outside in nature (walking, running). Started running (again), but now in a group with support of professional trainers. April 19th I received my Start-To-Run diploma. The test was running 12 min and I covered 2125m
• More discipline in implementing the daily rituals:
o Planning the day
o Gratefulness at the end of the day
o Setting an intention for the day
• Be present and aware in the NOW! With everything I do.
• Writing down my experiences to better support my expert position as a marketeer.

Although it was a very nice weekend, I didn’t experience it as uncomfortable as I expected it to be. It was very nice to do the exercises with the group and I really liked the coaching by Michel and the support of his team.

1. What was your best moment in the weekend?
The moment in the group just before the breakthrough with the arrow.

2. What were your 3 top most important insights about yourself?
– to stay or be part of the team/group, I have to slow down.
– I like to use my creativity to help others.
– showing myself and my vulnerability helps others to appreciate me more as the person I am.

3. 3 actions that you will take in the coming week to implement those insights in your private life and in your business.
I don’t have 3 concrete actions, but will try to slow down, also for my team and in my private life.

My best moment:
After climbing very concentrated at the front position, i got of the rope. When we walked back to the bus i had an immense explosion of power. I ran up and down hill for a half an hour. I enjoyed it very much. I felt like i was 5 years old. I could run for an hour afther that, without getting tired. Very surpising because i don’t do sport, i only dance once a month.

Most important insights:
give top priority to FOCUS
Let go, relax and take masive action when needed

Things that i did the next week and still do:
1) Plan and do at least 1 action a day that brings me the the most to my goal
2) Take time to relax and gain strength
3) Focus and i do much more each day!

It was a nice weekend, but certainly not even close to what the name of the weekend promissed, ‘nothing is impossible’ promissed. My Thoughts were about pussing the limits, discover the borders. Offcourse everyone of the group had to fit in the program, but if we want to be consisnous millionaires, so you can expect more from us.

Best moment:
Gathering around the fire in the bush, being vulnerable, but still feel confident because of the support of the group. And sleeping outside. Allways magic to sleep under the stars.

Insights:
– The way I drive my car, I lead my life (faith in the Universe, so I let Universe be in Control);
– Tell my message to the world. And tell. And tell. And tell.
– Leadership by inspirement. Not only by trying to motivate.

Actions:
– More clear communicate my message in general and my Vision/Mission per Business Unit. Have a meeting with my employees about it before summer;
– Lead my troops by going in front and not, as I did till now, walk on the back and try to pushc everybody foreward and prevent people being seperated from the group;
Put two hands on the steer, in stead of steering with my knee and multitask while drving. Difficult to change, but I am aware so turn it around;
– last but not least, combine strength with people with the same mindset, but with complementary skills and knowledge. Allready started it.
