Master Degree – evaluatie 2013

Beste Master Degree-deelnemer!

Zo net na de zomer en met nog een paar maanden te gaan in 2013, is het nu een goed moment om terug te kijken naar jouw vorderingen in het MD programma in het afgelopen jaar.

Voor diegenen die net de Life Skills University hebben afgerond: je hebt een belangrijke fase uit het MD programma voltooid, tijd dus om te kijken hoe je nu verder gaat!

Voor diegenen die nu in de Business University zitten, er staan nog twee trainingen op de rol voor dit jaar. Toch is dit ook een goed moment om terug te kijken en je blik op volgend jaar te richten.

Hieronder volgt een aantal vragen.

Het beantwoorden van deze vragen maken je bewust van wat je al hebt gecreëerd tot dusverre EN van wat je nog te doen staat om je doelen te bereiken.

Wees eerlijk tegenover jezelf wanneer je de vragen beantwoordt. Des te helderder je bent over hoe je er nu voor staat, des te gemakkelijker het wordt om je koers voor de komende tijd te bepalen.

1. What do you see as the main improvements in your business since you started the Master Degree program?

Mijn grootste vooruitgang en ontwikkeling die ik ben ondergaan de afgelopen twee jaar is de manier van denken.
De manier van denken zit hem in de verschillende dingen. Denk aan:
– Zelf inititaief nemen.
– Blijf niet in de slachtoffer rol
– Als ik iets wil, moet ik in actie komen.
– Wat een ander zegt, zegt niets over mij.
– Ik kan meer dan ik denk dat ik kan.
– Doe het niet alleen. werk altijd in een team.

Mijn manier van leven is hierdoor veranderd. Maar ook de manier hoe ik in mijn relaties zit. Er zijn relaties waar ik minder aandacht aan besteed en waar ik juist meer aandacht aan besteed. Ik heb hier keuzes in gemaakt. Voor mij is dit een verrijking van mijn leven.

De afgelopen twee jaar heeft mij een nog betere richting gegeven waar ik heen wil.

2. What are your results at the end of 2 years of the program?

In de afgelopen twee jaar ben ik begonnen met mijn bedrijf. Ik ben samen gaan werken met mijn businespartner. Het afgelopen jaar is onze relatie binnen ons bedrijf versterkt.

Mijn relaties met Jenny, maar zeker ook met mijn dochter Renate is nog sterker geworden. Het mooie is, is dat deze relatie blijft groeien
Het afgelopen jaar heb ik de LIfe Skills Unuversity gevolgd. Mijn grootste ontwikkeling die ik heb mee gemaakt is dat ik mezelf meer ben gaan vertrouwen. En dat ik er mag zijn om wie ik ben. Daardoor ben ik niet bang voor afwijzingen waardoor ik vrijer kan bewegen. Een goed voorbeeld is mijn functioneren tijdens de laatste trainingen die ik heb geassisteerd bij Open Circles Academy.
Hierdoor zijn o.a. mijn eigen trainingen nog beter geworden en heb ik het aangedurfd om nieuwe trainingen uit te proberen. Deze zijn overegens een groot succes.

3. What challenges do you currently have in your business/life?

Mijn uitdaging in mijn leven is meer tijd vrij maken voor mij dierbare ralaties. Doordat mijn relaties sterker zijn geworden, wil ik daar ook meer tijd aan besteden. Door mijn werkzaamheden in mijn business zal ik de uitdaging aan moeten gaan om een voor mij betere balans te vinden.

Ik zal mezelf nog meer moeten uitdagen om werkzaamheden uit te besteden. ik ben al heel wat minder bezig met badwork. Maar ik zit nog te weinig in Greatwork.

4. What do you need to develop / learn or focus to overcome these challenges?

Ik moet nog gedissiplineerder aan het werk gaan en vooral implenmenteren. Door de vele trainingen die ik heb gevolgd en heb geassisteerd heb ik veel geleerd. Nu wordt het tijd dat ik al het geleerde nog meer ga implenmenteren.
Het is voor mij tijd om te doen!
5. What would you like to achieve in 2014?

In 2014wil ik:
– Een communitity gecreeerd hebben waarbij men luistert, kijkt en ziet wat ik aan waarde te geven heb als expert. Ik heb dan minstens 1000 volgers die elke week op ons platform komen kijken.
– Ons nieuw jaar programma die door 500 deelnemers wordt gevolgd.

6. How and what, would you like to contribute to the growing community of Open Circles Academy?

Ik heb al twee jaar een flinke bijdrage geleverd in de groei van Open Circels Academy. Aankomend jaar zal ik dat minder gaan doen. Maar aanbevelen om naar de Business Bootcamp te gaan zal ik altijd doen.
Waar andere ondernemers hulp of advies nodig hebben, zal ik beschikbaar zijn om hun daarin te helpen.

1. What do you see as the main improvements in your business since you started the Master Degree program?
– I have taken the decision to go for what I really want to do: work in the domain of renewable energy sources (RES), sustainability, protection of nature.
– I now see the development of apps for smartphones and tablets as a way to earn passive income and not anymore as a necessity to earn enough money to finance the renewable energy projects completely by myself
– I have 4 apps in the Apple Appstore, developed for clients, and I start developing own apps now
– the Open Circles courses gave me extra friends, potential business partners and persons that I can ask for feedback
– I invested in education and networks

2. What are your results at the end of 2 years of the program?
– I have more self-esteem
– I am able to feel satisfied with who I am and what I do
– I have a lot of tools for improving my life (both personal and business life)

3. What challenges do you currently have in your business/life?
– finding organizations / companies to work together with, in the domain of renewable energies and sustainability
– implementation of what I learned the last 2 years
– keep believing in myself, more specifically that I have to offer a lot in the domain of RES although I don’t have concrete experience in this domain on my CV
– earning passive income
– believing that it is possible, that I will succeed, that I can be great

4. What do you need to develop / learn or focus to overcome these challenges?
– dare to contact organizations and companies that are way larger than my company
– focus on what I want to achieve, not on what others ask me
– set more specific goals
– do a much better follow-up of my goals and adapt as necessary (the “E” of the SPICE system)
– keep up the effort, even when results do not show fast
– learn to outsource
– build up first one source of passive income, only then a second one, so focus my effort, time and money
– decide what not to do (now)
– celebrate, especially the small steps

5. What would you like to achieve in 2014?
– work in the domain of renewable energy and sustainability, together with a team of motivated experts
– be financially free, and set up a system to be financially free for the rest of my life
– further enlarge my self-esteem and self-care
– find a partner for life
– have more contact with my existing friends
– get to know more friends
– be able to run 20 km again
– do a half triathlon
– go more on holidays

– help people to grow (personally and businesswise) by giving advice if that is what they need

1. What do you see as the main improvements in your business since you started the Master Degree program?
– Quit doing all kind of services. Let go of martial arts instruction, because it is a commodity
– I work as a professional trainer and earn good money with it. I found my sustainable target audience, a lot of work coming the next 10 years.

2. What are your results at the end of 2 years of the program?
– Professional partner
– Professional website
– Valuable video’s for my target audience on YouTube
– Found a help for housekeeping. Found a help for small jobs in the house
– Started investing in stocks
– Out of debt. Not even a mortgage
– I am aware of international economy / central banking

3. What challenges do you currently have in your business/life?
– Need time for marketing
– Need more work as a trainer to earn a living (and quit my day job)
– Want a section on website like a video course with the available video’s completed with extra material
– Want a personal assistant for selling, promotions and administration.

4. What do you need to develop / learn or focus to overcome these challenges?
– Need more financial IQ
– Go for it / Let go -mentality

– Earn enough to quit my day job

– dat ik mijn passie blijf volgen en dingen maak die klanten graag willen
– ik ben schuldvrij en er zijn inkomsten
– een duidelijkere kijk op mijn niche
– ik respecteer mijn inzet dat resulteert in een eerlijke en goede productprijs
– ik kan nee zeggen tegen klanten die niet bijdragen aan mijn hoger potentieel
– het is mij duidelijk dat rust nemen belangrijk is

My results at the end of 2 years of the MD program:
– ik weet duidelijk wat mijn niche is
– ik ben zelfzeker, sta met 2 voeten op de grond en voel duidelijk aan wat goed voor mij is
– ik ontwikkel producten die geliefd zijn bij en super verkocht wordt door mijn klanten

Challenges I have in my business/life:
– ik ontwerp dingen die bruikbaar zijn, in het belang van de gebruiker zijn en die geld genereren

Main improvements in my business:
– More positive feedback and more convinced the value we deliver.
– Better understanding of what make partners suitable for our business.
– More people involved in our business to make our product a remarkable product.
– We have asked Brand Fabric for supporting us with the marketing of our product.

My results at the end of 2 years of the MD program:
– Together with my business Partner Hans I have developed the product OrganisationWare with two clients.
– We have created content (two process models in the area of care) that we are planning to sell multiple times now.
– The revenues were doubled in 2013.
– Together with my life partner I have developed an online training for students with the potential to make us financial independant in 2014.
– I have more energy by eating and drinking differently and doing exercices on a daily basis.

Challenges I have in my business/life:
– Building a great team
– Being recognized in our market with our product and services.
– Being recognized as an expert in BPM in the Care market.
– Achieve leverage with our product, to grow our business sigificantly.
– Work maximum 8 hours a day.
– Feel less stress in the area of finances.

Develop/learn or focus to overcome these challenges:
– Improve relationships and networking to connect with potential clients and partners.
– Improve my financial IQ to understand better the financial market and to create multiple income streams.

– more focus
– better planning
– irresistible offer
– goals set as a direction

2. What are your results at the end of 2 years of the program?
– less income
– less time to spend with family
– sometimes depressed that it does not seam to work for me
– a lot of ideas to work on, but no priority
– mostly positive about the future, that I will make sure that I will become financial free and a conscious millionaire.

3. What challenges do you currently have in your business/life?
– delegate important work in operations
– not enough income to hire staff/team
– my old habits (I don’t get out of my comfort zone enough)
– no inspiration for a membership website

4. What do you need to develop / learn or focus to overcome these challenges?
– I need to make time to implement and just do it.

– Balans prive/relatie en business en vrije tijd (time management)
– Een PA en binnenkort een kantoor buitenhuis.
– Een team van mensen, niet meer alleen maar met zijn 4en en denk aan verdere uitbreiding
– Financieel overzicht, en controle.
– Een continuiteits programma voor passive income (membership site)

– Eet gezonder, hardlopen en meer dan 10 kg afgevallen. NY marathon 2014 doelstelling.

– I have a business
– I have a clear target audience
– I have a mission and vision
– I have new clients (283 on mailing list)
– I have returning clients.

2. What are your results at the end of 2 years of the program?

– from not knowing what to do (membershipsite sugarfree program e.d.) and some clients for sensi (like 2-3 per month) in 2012 to a great massage-business with 24 clients a week and sept-okt already fully booked.
– from no income to € 1600-2000 a month income
– I have a great network of experts I work with
– I had one employee/college
– I have cleaning-ladies
– I have medicine for the genetic condition I turn out to have
– My back is finally healing!!!!!!!
– I passed the exam for injury-prevention so I can subscribe to the quality system of the NGS

3. What challenges do you currently have in your business/life?
-being less stressed and more organized (focus, realistic planning (I have help for this), Postpone some targets, skip on things: no new educations!!!)
-financial IQ: I really have to get the right numbers and work with them. Create new business targets based on my numbers. (what are the actual costs?)
– wealth care: I still didn’t figure out how to invest my money.
– change my website

4. What do you need to develop / learn or focus to overcome these challenges?

– I have to raise my financial IQ!!!!
– I work on the planning with help, so that is covered.
– when I have the planning right, I have time for website etc. So that is covered as well.
– I have to make appointments with different banks to speak about investments.

5. What would you like to achieve in 2014?

-write my book

What are in your opinion the most important improvements in your business since you started the Master Degree program?
• I have chosen a specific field and a clear target group. My target audience is school principals.
• I became more proactive meaning that I reflect more on what I have to offer to schools – like the “GLANS” technique and the course on “The excellent communicating internal supervisor”
• I did develop the GLANS technique, a technique to stimulate parental involvement in primary schools; I described this technique in a book and recently we started an online training program “Scholen met GLANS”.
• I became more expert in the field of communication and parental involvement and I also do experience myself as such.
• I do know better what I can do and what I have to do deal with my market. I do not have all the time needed to deal with my market the way I should.
• I purchased a good CRM system.
• I use my time effectively.
2. What are your results after 2 years Master Degree program?
• Together with managers from the field I developed a three year training for the internal supervisors of 30 schools. The result we want to achieve is that the internal supervisors become excellent communicators. This training establishes my name as an expert on communication within the community of primary schools in the Twente region. The second year of this course is about to start and the first year has been a great success. I provide this training together with two colleagues I am working with for years already.
• I entered into a cooperative relationship with a business administrator to support CEO’s or Chairmen of the Board to look differently to their schools. Our first pilot was very successful.
• I finished my book “School en Ouder – schouder aan schouder” and I self-published it.
• I successfully provided 3 lunch sessions at the second national congress on parental involvement and until now this resulted in 2 valuable contacts.
• My network expanded, my business is interesting for other companies active in the field of education. The game has changed.
• Every fortnight I do write a weblog, I offer workshops and I do my usual tailor made work.
• My trainings are successful.
• I manage three websites, each of them offers a specific contribution to the educational field.
• I developed an online training program and just finished the first lesson. It will be published October, 28. Until now three schools have registered and I am in consultation with 32 other schools.
3. Met welke uitdagingen heb jij momenteel te maken in jouw business/leven?
• There is more work than I can handle myself.
• I do not have a good overview on what is billable and what is not.
• My business finances are not OK. I want to improve my business systems. I am looking for help to improve the financial situation.
• I do spend too much money on support work (secretarial, marketing, PR etc)
• Ik heb nog geen goede stuursystemen.
• I don’t have good systems for business overview yet.
• I do work with a lot of pleasure but I make too many hours and I have to and want to reduce my working hours
4. What do you have to develop/learn or where do you have to focus on to meet these challenges?
• to develop my skills in financial management.
• a good marketing and PR plan
• To develop ideas on how I want to work with a team and taking the steps to do so.
• Becoming more thorough and accepting that not everything can be 100% perfect. Because I do want everything to be 100% perfect but do not have enough time to achieve this result one thing will be for 100% OK and the other only for 60%. I better strive for a 80% OK result for all my work
5. What do you want to achieve in 2014?
• To sell out the first print of the book “School en Ouder, schouder aan schouder”
• Set up and run a nice campaign for the online training program “Scholen met Glans” that will result in 500 schools that will register for the online training.
• I do like to receive subsidy and/or have research done on the effects of the GLANS-technique.
• I want to move from a one man business to a bigger business and I developed a good strategy to achieve that goal.
• To have a business plan for the next 5 years.
6. What and how would you like to contribute to the growing community of the Open Circle Academy?
• Dat vind ik een moeilijke vraag. Ik ben nog erg druk bezig met het implementeren van wat er op mijn bordje ligt en in mijn hoofd zit.
• This is a difficult question for me. At this moment I am still very busy to implement what is on my plate and in my head.
• En een eerste vereiste is wat mij betreft mijn eigen zaak verder te ontwikkelen, voordat ik iets kan bijdragen. Daar kan ik pas over nadenken als er meer ruimte komt. werk af te krijgen en de werklast onder controle.
• Before I can offer a contribution I first have to develop my own business firther. I can’t think about a contribution to the Open Circle Academy until I do have my workload under control and feel there is space and air for something else.

1. What do you see as the main improvements in your business since you started the Master Degree program?
Standing on my own two feet in business and I am successful: http://www.zoetermeer-psycholoog.nl/ and with my partner: http://www.zelfsterk.nl/
I have a good publisher for my book: “Nooit meer piekeren”
I am working less

2. What are your results at the end of 2 years of the program?
Good website
I’m not answering the telephone myself anymore. I have a professional who is answering the telephone for me when new clients call for information or an appointment.
I stopped doing my website myself, now I have more free time and a prof is doing the website.
We have someone who’s cleaning our house
We have someone who works in our garden.
I go in the morning to the gym on week day’s 
I am very energetic, happy and healthy
I have a good relationship with my partner
I have lots of nice friends and networking contacts

3. What challenges do you currently have in your business/life?
Business automation, membership website  is on its way.

4. What do you need to develop / learn or focus to overcome these challenges?
First I have to end the projects which I am working on now. Then I have time to start and finish 3.

1. Wat zie jij als de belangrijkste verbeteringen in jouw business sinds je bent begonnen met het Master Degree programma?

Betere focus en helderheid wat me te doen staat om verder te komen. Meer bezig met stellen van doelen en de acties te ondernemen om daar te komen. Meer richting en duidelijkheid voor de medewerkers.

2. Wat zijn jouw resultaten na 2 jaar Master Degree programma?

Meer samenwerking en mijn “bad” work delegeren aan collega’s. Hierdoor meer tijd over voor good en great work.

Focus om “misbaar” te worden in mijn eigen bedrijf.

Meer in contact met mijzelf en mijn personal power.

Meer balans in mijn gehele leven, al heb ik daarin zeker nog niet het gewenste resultaat gehaald.

3. Met welke uitdagingen heb jij momenteel te maken in jouw business/leven?

Uitbreiding van mijn team om echt los te kunnen komen van de dagelijkse operationele zaken.

1. What do you see as the main improvements in your business since you started the Master Degree program?

I see opportunities and dare to think big.
I am more focused, more powerful

2. What are your results at the end of 2 years of the program?

My coaching with clients is more automated
New clients keep coming without hardly any effort from me.
I am building an new business to provide work and tools for about 500 jobcoaches. This can change a lot in the labour market. And it will generate a lot of passive income. Because it’s a joint venture with an existing booming business success is nearly guaranteed.
I am also in a collaboration to make an membershipsite where we learn entrepreneurs how to create, build and sell a membershipsite and sell it with a super membershipmodule, so the entrepreneur can easily start and “just fill the blanks”.
3. What challenges do you currently have in your business/life?

To find time, become more organized and find time for Rich Schefrens course.

4. What do you need to develop / learn or focus to overcome these challenges?

More focus, more automation and people to collaborate/ delegate.
Doing what’s most important for my goal, every day.

5. What would you like to achieve in 2014?

500 jobcoaches in my program and having it all automated.
A working and succesfull membershipcourse with affiliates.
3 days a week with my family.

1. The main improvements in my business are:
– Dedicated time for interrupted work
– Time for strategic work
– Change from ‘uurtje-factuurtje’ to a managed solution
– Growth in customers and a better customer satisfaction
– Clear view of the feature in my business
– A clear business model
– The use of a lot of tools……the best tool is the 1 day productivity planner

2. My selfesteem and awareness of my presentation is much higher. Everything I do I do it with a purpose. I’ve implemented some stuff. My financial awareness is much higher.

3. The challenges in my business are mostly the interaction with my employees. They have a different view. When i want to change it is difficult to make them clear what my purpose is, and after a while they forgot what we speak about. The challenges in my life are my time. I do a lot…….board of members for the local Rabobank, head of youth academy local football club, member of the local business society…….and Open Circles…..and sometimes i cannot spend time to implement and follow-up these conversations.

4. More structure in time plannng. Otherwise i would like to conversate in English much better.

5. I want to become the expert in ICT and i want to publish my first book in 2014. Financial i want to become financial free. And business wise i want to grow with 25% in turnover.

6. My contribution for OCA would be possible as an E-team member and i am participating in the mastermind next week.

1. Wat zie jij als de belangrijkste verbeteringen in jouw business sinds je bent begonnen met het Master Degree programma?

– I see more opportunities and have a long term stratey now.
– I’m proud to say that I am international Trainer/speaker now.
– I acknowledge my successes and celebrate them.
– There is so much more ease in working with people knowing about communication styles, lists, choices. If I choose I can get along with anybody. If only I had known that 20 years ago, my live would have been so much easier. But I’m thankful I do know it now.

2. Wat zijn jouw resultaten na 2 jaar Master Degree programma?
Well, many. But the most “in my face” are:
– My personal development gives me more options and therefore I see I have choices in everything. It really reflects in I connect to others in a deeper way. Coming from a background/experience where I had a hard time to fit in anywhere and doubting myself big time, I can now step over that quite easy (to my surprise). Feeling much more in balance.
– What I dreaded (networking and meeting new people), give me a smile now.
– During the LSU I found out that on some areas I “sucked” big time. So we invested in those: rebuild our house, got huge loft extensions on our house, had this done (in stead of me doing everything myself as that was my normal way of operation). Ok not everything went as planned, but the fact that in the end it will be OK was a big insight as well.

So overall I guess I’ve learned to let go and loving it.
People say I have really changed (in a good way), that can be the case, and I feel I have never been myself more than now. More balance, more gentile, forgiving, loving.

last year was all about pi:
As I have not yet find a way to monetize my business without me doing the work, I spend much time in getting my expert position:
– Wrote a course (after being invited by Cisco Systems to do so), (So I did the “Write your own book in 28 days”, resulting in 950 pages of material, in 3 months).
– As I was paid for it I don’t have the copyrights (so no PI), but I prove myself I can do it if I want to.
– As a result I flew all over the globe delivering trainings in the UK, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Australia and Thailand. It was a great adventure!! I had never done any trainings or real presentations. As I had attended the “Master Presenter” class, I could very quickly adept to almost any situation. As a result I an outstanding referral in LinkedIn from my party at Cisco Systems. Since then I keep get being asked if I’m free to deliver trainings.

As I still have to find the way to transfer my work/expertize towards PI stream, Brenda and I went ahead, bought a house in Groningen, rebuild and converted it for HMO with 7 rooms. Since we went “live” rented out the complete house, resulting in a substantial PI (1/3 of what we need to bring in with our work), so we are 33% financial free 😉

3. Met welke uitdagingen heb jij momenteel te maken in jouw business/leven?
We had planned to make a big start with our fairtrade fashion from India, but people kept saying to first look after ourselves before we should setup this contribution enterprise. They where right: if we have our finances set, we can focus on this project and with complete focus the results will be maximal. It was hard, but we chose to listen to the experts we spoke.

Well, as written above: we have done, much if not too much, so had to stamp on the brake real hard to not burn out. In the past I would continue and burn up myself, but now I see I have to pace myself here limiting the causalities. That is also the reason I did not take all the trainings I had planned this year:
You must not burn the candle at two ends. So I take more care for myself. Also found out my body needs more care.
I keep hear that voice “Until 40 your body takes care of you, after 40 you have to take care for our body”. How true, how true.

I’m still struggling to find a way to monetize the work I do towards PI. Perhaps my work does not lend itself, or I have not yet seen the light. This limits the progress on that part. That being said, every month I get PI outside my normal work through Real Estate, so there are ways around this.

In business, I’ve made the decision to get my formal training accreditation at Cisco. Not only for my expert position but also because I love to train. It is so gratifying to see the transformation at the students/attendees. Man, and the even pay me for this!

4. Wat moet jij ontwikkelen/leren of waarop moet jij je focussen om deze uitdagingen aan te gaan?
I have to make space (in my head, in my work, in my business, in my garage, in my live), so I can enjoy more.
I have started to declutter my activities and hobbies. I now make assesment. Example: I was restoring a car the last 12 years, but hardly had any time for that. Invested a lot of time and money in it. If I had not had the time to finish it in the last 12 years, what are the chances to finish is in next few years? So I gave the car body away, and will soon go through all the car parts and pass the good ones on and recyle the bad ones.
This goes further: I looked into my drawer of pens. Saw zilions of them. How many good pens do you need? My number is max 5, so all tha others I did not need.
It sounds perhaps stupid, but this was a live changer. I was always learned to no throw away anything. But you can also have to much. So I’m also giving or throwing away what is not essential. In private, in hobby, in work in business. This is not an easy transition (and I do not always succeed), but it brings space in all the places. I have to stick with it. I already see the rewards in myself (and the big smile that Brenda gets. That woman needs a Nobel Price for putting up with me).

5. Wat wil jij bereiken in 2014?
I want to:
– continue pruning out the things I not really need. I feel that is essential for further growth.
– get my CCSI training accreditation
– take part in the OCA Wealth university as I really look forward for this
– not to break a bone this year, so I stay physical active/sport and can continuous work on my health. (remember: after 40th…)
– Go on a nice vacation (I already gave Brenda cart blance for duration and prize as long as it is not a cruise).
– continue enjoy/celerate live.

6. Wat en hoe zou jij willen bijdragen aan de groeiende community van Open Circles Academy?
– Crewing
– Giving feedback. It is only sad that after contributing at the platinum “event”, there was no follow up on what has been done/implemented from all that information.
– As long al the comments being placed at the community are being indexed by Google, I will refrain from contributing here as these comments should not be open for non students to read. Don’t want to have this appear in my digital footprint as others do not now the context/motivation/training. It was something said at the platinum event, so this might be changed meanwhile, but I’m not sure here.
– For the rest, I don’t now what contribution the community or OCA need. If they know, they just have to ask me.

Mijn belangrijkste verbeteringen:
Ik BEN er voor mijn gezin en ik GENIET van het leven.
Ik ben met Huis en Lease financieel vrij om te doen wat, wanneer en hoe ik dat doe.

Ik heb het vertrouwen dat ik met Negotiation4Women in 2014 een groots concept neerzet dat vrouwen in hun zakelijke kracht zet. Dat is ook mijn grootste doelstelling voor 2014.

Mijn uitdagingen zijn dat ik mijn tijd zorgvuldig moet blijven indelen. Vrouwen supporten in hun business is namelijk supergaaf om te doen en voelt als mijn vervulling van mijn levenspotentieel:-).
Daarnaast het blijven staan in mijn zachte vrouwelijke kracht.

Mijn bijdrage: voor de Open Circles vrouwen een steun en toeverlaat zijn in het neerzetten van hun business volgens het business systeem dat ik succesvol toepas met Huis en Lease en dat mij financieel vrij heeft gemaakt.
