Dear Nisandeh,

As you know I launched the supportcampain at my birthday for save a girl. Great results but also a lot of unsubscribers. I know they are probably not my target audience but some of them are.

I studied my list and their comments and they didn’t like my follow up mails. Of course this is the risk and I got a lot of great reactions and results.

My question is because you said: “better ask for forgiveness afterwards”.. what shall I do now with them? Apologize? Let them go? Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Gabriela,

First – let me say “thank you” again for everything you did for the Kamlari girls. You made a difference in their lives… Big time.

About your question… Whenever someone is in subscribing from your list, this is their choice. And in my opinion, you don’t need to do anything.

If, because you sent a few emails asking them to contribute to a good cause,money unsubscribe – it means they don’t hold the same values as you, and will probably never become clients.

It’s not how many subscribers you have on your list, but how many clients and clients-to-be are engaged and eager to hear from you…

When long-time clients start to unsubscribe (in quantity), then it’s time to find out what you’re doing wrong, and how you can fix it.

From what I understand, this is not the case with you.
